I. product overview:
T release agent series is mainly suitable for EVA, PU, blister, aluminum alloy, plastic, rubber, silicone rubber, hot melt adhesive products of patterns (mold) and the adhesive tape slitting and plastic wire drawing anti-sticking, to obtain smooth appearance, surface density realistic engineering effect.
Ii. Product features:
1. Extremely low consumption, is a high efficiency and low consumption product.
2. Mold release and good adhesion.
3. Organic silicone emulsion is extremely dispersible in water. It can withstand temperatures of 130 to 250 degrees. Organic silicone oil is compatible with toluene, xylene, petroleum ether, diesel, gasoline and kerosene.
4. No harmful substances are produced in the whole process of production and use, which is a good environmental protection product.

Iv. Packaging and transportation:
1. The product is packed in 25kg and 50kg plastic buckets (also can be packed according to customer's requirements)
2. Keep in a cool and dry place, avoid sun exposure, save for one year and transport according to general goods.
V. usage:
1. Clean the mold before use.
2. Apply dry clean cloth with a small amount of mould to form a thin and uniform layer.
3. The actual modulus of ejection depends on different working mode and process.
