This product is composed of siloxane monomer, and its molecular two ends contain hydroxyl organic silicon materials. Its structure is as follows:
Ho-si (CH3)2 O [Si(CH3)2 O] nSi(CH3)2-OH.

The chemical name is a, w-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane, which is used to refer to the hydroxyl silicone oil with a viscosity of 2500mPa.S, which is called 107 silicone rubber. In addition to the general properties of methyl silicone oil, this product also has the reaction activity of hydroxyl, which can be used to make some new materials, or crosslinked into elastomer (or membrane body).
This product is colorless transparent liquid, with excellent electrical insulation and high and low temperature resistance, high flash point, low freezing point, can be in - 50 oc ~ + 250 oc use for a long time, under the condition of viscosity-temperature coefficient and large compressibility, low surface tension, hydrophobic good moisture resistance, chemical inertness, physiological inertia.

[usage]
Depending on the content of hydroxyl content and viscosity, this product can be used in different industries.
1. Medium and high viscosity products are used as base glue for paper anti-adhesives. The curing film has good anti-adhesion effect. Such as label base paper, asphalt wrapping paper, sealing paper with bottom paper, decoration paper, etc.
2. Used in the power and electric appliance industry as the main component of insulating paint or as a component of insulators.
3. It is used as the base glue and diluent of silicone rubber, such as sealant and mould glue.
4. Substitute for dimethyl silicone oil and emulsify.
5, small molecules, the hydroxyl silicone oil (25 ~ 30 cp, hydroxyl content about 8%) is a good structure control agent, silicone rubber use it instead of diphenyl 2 hydroxyl silane not only simplify the processing technology of silicone rubber, improve the processing performance (without heat treatment), also increased the transparency of products, improve the working conditions.

[usage and dosage]
Commonly used with curing agent to achieve crosslinking curing, used to prevent sticker, also must be fixed by means of coupling agent, general agent dosage: 3 ~ 5% base gum, coupling agent 0.5 ~ 1% of the base gum, frequently used solvent base gum will be diluted 10 times before and add curing agent and coupling agent after stirring coating on the substrate surface, curing at room temperature or heat. Normal temperature should be over 30 minutes, heating 120 ~ 150oC in 30 seconds. It is used for sealant and mold base glue without solvent. After the curing agent is added, the curing agent can be cured within 30 ~ 120 minutes after defoaming.

Do not mix with acid-base material, alkoxy silane, and water vapor at high temperature, otherwise there will be a tendency to solidify and viscosity change.

1. The product shall be sealed in a clean plastic bucket and shall not be in contact with strong acid or strong alkali.
