The 411 vinyl silicone oil (branched chain type) is a methyl vinyl polysiloxane with vinyl in the middle of the molecular chain. Its molecular structure is as follows:
(CH3) 3Si0[(CH3)2Si0]m[(CH2=CH)(CH3)Si0]nSi (CH3) 3.
The molecular weight is between 300 and 300,000. The size of the molecular weight can be determined according to the user's needs. The molecular weight of this product is not related to the content of vinyl, which is the free configuration of molecular weight and vinyl content. In addition to the general performance of methyl silicone oil (e.g., slippery, soft, bright, weather-resistant, etc.), this product also has the following characteristics:
1. The vinyl group on the molecular chain has a good reaction activity and can participate in a variety of chemical reactions, such as: addition reaction, free radical reaction, etc.
2. Since it contains vinyl, this product has better compatibility with some organic materials compared with methyl silicone oil.

[usage]
1. Be a hard agent for large molecule, high viscosity 110-2 silicone rubber, and thinner before vulcanization;
2. Modification of some organic materials such as acrylic resin and vinyl acetate resin;
3. Used for making high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, or making medium temperature vulcanized silicone rubber and silica gel;
4. Other applications that are not fully developed. The dosage is 10 ~ 20% when used as the diluent, 5 ~ 10% when used as modifier, and 50 ~ 100% for silicone rubber base glue. Directly add or use high speed stirring or strong stirring equipment to add to the system to ensure dispersion and uniformity.

This product is a chemical active materials, shall not be mixed with impurities in the process of handling (especially catalyst), when use or compatibility, we should pay attention to other materials can cause the chemical reaction, in case of degeneration.
