This product is a new type of waterproof material which is made of organic silicon material with advanced technology formula and is specially designed for surface waterproofing. It is a replacement product of waterproof material. This product has the following characteristics and performance:
1. Excellent waterproof performance. This product has excellent waterproof properties due to the use of organic silicon materials with water repellent properties, plus advanced and reasonable technological formulations. [usage]
This product is suitable for the need to base material, waterproof and moistureproof processing a variety of objects such as walls, cement pieces, doors and Windows, ceramic tile and decorative materials, calcium silicate insulation materials, asbestos tile, waterproof foam asbestos, thermal insulation yanmian ancient cultural relics, ancient architectural structures, handicraft, after besmear to brush can waterproof, moistureproof, mouldproof, pollution prevention, prevent salting-out. This product is painted on the surface of cement bridge surface or cement road surface. In winter, it can prevent loose, frostbite and strength reduction of surface or bridge surface caused by repeated water absorption and freezing. This product is also applicable to the basement, bathroom, kitchen waterproof and moisture-proof treatment.
[usage and dosage]
Take 1 part of this product, add 10 ~ 20 times of water and mix it evenly, then brush or spray on the surface of the object and spray it twice. Handicraft or other need waterproof processing using organic solvent dilution of this product, this product can be blended with proper proportion of ethanol and other solvents, then brushing or spraying on the surface.
[precautions]
(1) the treated objects should be cleaned up with dirt, floating ash, slag and other attachments before being brushed or sprayed.
(2) before processing, the surface of the object being processed should be dry, so that the effective ingredients of this product can infiltrate to better play the waterproof role;
(3) according to the requirements of construction, it shall be used for cash. It is not suitable for long-term placement of this product solution diluted with water, so as to avoid the failure of oil slick;
(4) effective ingredients can penetrate into surface certain depth (such as cement metope can seep into 0.1 ~ 5 mm) waterproof effect, therefore, such as processed goods in dealing with the surface has slight injury still have waterproof effect; But after severe, deep bruising, should be repainted here.
(5) this product is not waterproof to the visible crack, and the crack should be made up before application, and then construction.
[packaging storage and transportation]
(1) this product belongs to flammable articles, and shall not be close to the source of fire. Store and transport according to inflammable goods.
(2) this product should be stored in a dry, ventilated and cool place with normal temperature storage.
