Concrete curing agent is a new kind of gel curing agent composed of organic polymer material and inorganic alkali metal silicate. The curing agent spraying on the surface of concrete, not only can cover film formed in the concrete surface rapidly, at the same time can be shallow free calcium hydroxide with concrete action, within the permeable zone forming dense, hard surface, prevent moisture to evaporate in cement concrete, cement hydration and fully achieve autotrophic.
Method of use
1. After the concrete is collected, there is no bleeding on the surface, and the finger is gently pressed with no marks, so the construction can be done (by spraying or rolling), and the coating is required to be uniform and complete.
2. The dosage is 0.08-0.2kg/m2, and the construction unit can be adjusted according to the construction environment, such as temperature, temperature and wind speed.
3, before also 1:1 dilution with clean water, use this product after 100 ml and 100 ml water mixing observation without demulsification and flocculant sedimentation, clean, prove that clean water is a large number of dilution, use how many, how much dilution, and once finished. (the experiment must be done before use)
4, the low temperature season construction, increase viscosity curing agent, such as spraying, but slightly heating (40 ℃), if you need hot water dilution dilution available. This product is not dangerous goods, the heating method user decides.
