SLC-101 氨基硅油
一、产品描述：
SLC-101氨基硅油，是一种分子两端带氨基基团的氨基改性聚硅氧烷.
其分子结构如下：2HNCH2CH2CH2(CH3)2Si0[(CH3)2Si0]mSi(CH3)2CH2CH2CH2NH2
二、理化数据及指标：
外观： 无色透明至微黄色油状液体
氨值： 0.2-0.5
粘度：（25℃，厘泊） 80—120
比重：（25℃） 0.965—0.989
三、产品应用：
1、用于高档洗发护发类化妆品时可以使头发更柔软、更顺滑、更亮泽，明显降低梳理力，且抗静电、耐洗。
2、用于处理棉、毛、麻、绸等织物纤维时可以使织物手感柔软、滑爽、富有弹性。因此，本品是制作美发护发类化妆品及高档织物柔软整理剂的理想材料。
3、用于木制、皮革家具、地板的上光、保护。
4、聚氨酯分子扩链剂，可和异氰酸根反应形成有机硅改性聚氨酯新材料，增加聚合物耐磨和柔软性。
四、用量推荐：
1、用于洗发、护发类化妆品，使用时需先用两性离子或非离子表面活性剂将氨基硅油乳化成乳液，然后按固含量0.5～1%的标准配比于洗发香波、护发素、焗油、摩丝等美发护发类化妆品中即可。
2、用于棉、毛、麻、丝绸等针纺织品的柔软整理，使用时同样先经乳化，然后将乳化后的氨基硅乳液加入后整理水洗液中搅匀，即可用以整理纤维织物。用量视被整理的织物和技术要求来确定，一般按水洗液的0.3～1%（固含量）添加即可。
3、用于聚氨酯改性，设计添加量为5～10％。
五、注意事项：
SLC-101暴露在开放的环境下时间过长有表面结皮或交联固化的现象，与酸碱物质混合有粘度变化或交联的倾向。不适于处理白或浅色织物，因高温下有黄变倾向.由于我们无法控制用户的具体使用环境和配方条件，用户在使用前应作先锋实验。
六、包装及贮运：
1、以50kg、200kg洁净的聚乙烯塑料桶或衬塑铁桶中，不得与强酸、强碱类物质接触。
2、应贮存于通风阴凉干燥处，室温以4～35℃为宜，不可过高或过低。
3、按无毒非危险品运输。
4、保存期一年，超过一年，经复验合格的仍可使用。

3 Product application
①for high-end hair care cosmetics can make hair softer, smoother, shinier, significantly reducing carding force, and antistatic, washable.
②can make the fabric soft, smooth, elastic for the treatment of cotton, wool, linen, silk and other textile fiber. Therefore, this product is an ideal material for making hair care cosmetics and high-grade fabric softening agent.
③for polishing and protection of wood, leather furniture, floor.
④the polyurethane molecular chain extender can react with isocyanate and form silicone modified polyurethane new materials and increase polymer abrasion resistance and flexibility.
4, Dosage recommendations:
①Used for shampoo, hair care cosmetics, need use amphion (zwitterionic)or nonionic surfactant with an active surface to make amino silicone oil emulsification into emulsion, and then mix the solid content according to 0.5-1% standard ratio in shampoo, hair conditioner, hair mousse, hair care etc cosmetics.
②Used for textile softener of cotton, wool, linen, silk and other knit, first emulsion when use, put amino silicone emulsion into water solution and mix evenly after the emulsion, it can be used to trim fabric. Dosage was determined by fabrics and technical requirements, generally according to the general water lotion 0.3 ~ 1% (solid content) to add is ok.
③For the modified polyurethane, add content is 5 ~ 10%.
5 Attention:
KD-101 there is crust or curing phenomenon in the open environment for too long exposed surface, have a tendency to change in viscosity or crosslinking with acid-base substances mixed. Not suitable for processing white or light-coloured fabric, have yellowing tendency due to high temperature. we can't control user specific working environment and formulation conditions, users should be test before use.
6, packaging and storage:
1, 50kg, 200kg clean polyethylene plastic bucket or plastic drum lined with plastic, not contact.with acid, alkali substances
2, Should be stored in a cool ventilated and dry place, at room temperature to 4 ~ 35 ℃, can not be too high or too low.
3, Transport according to non-toxic and non-dangerous goods.
4, Storage period is one year, if more than a year, can reuse after the retest is qualified or passed.
